Email the TRTM secretary (optionally including a motivation letter) to inform us about your intention to participate in TRTM 2027 without committing to giving a presentation.

The early cut-off date for consideration is 10 August 2026 (results communicated during w/c 17 August 2026), i.e. the same as for poster presentations. Applications received after 10 August 2026 will be accepted on the "first come, first served" basis.

If your application is accepted (before or after the early cut-off date), you may request to convert it into a poster later, by emailing the TRTM secretary. 

Please let us know if you need a visa invitation by emailing the local organisers or the TRTM secretary (who will pass your request to the local organisers); note that additional information might be requested for the invitation to be issued.
